Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
 
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. We require valid photo ID on the day of your appointment.
 
 
2. Booking & Payment
 
All appointments require a $250 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit secures your session and covers part of your final cost. Full payment is due before or on the day of your tattoo session unless otherwise agreed.
 
 
3. Design Ownership
 
All tattoo designs are the intellectual property of Enzo Lezacno unless explicitly released. Purchasing a design does not grant the right to reproduce, modify, or tattoo it with another artist unless permission is granted.
 
 
4. Health Conditions
 
You agree to disclose any medical conditions that could affect the tattoo process (e.g., pregnancy, skin disorders, allergies, blood-borne diseases). Failure to disclose may result in cancellation without refund.
 
 
5. Results & Healing
 
We use professional-grade materials and techniques, but individual healing may vary. We are not responsible for issues related to improper aftercare or failure to follow instructions.
 
 
6. Studio Conduct
 
We maintain a respectful, clean, and focused environment. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in termination of service without refund.
 
 

7. Changes to Terms
 
Enzo Lezcano Tattoo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
