Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

 

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total tattoo cost but will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

We allow one free reschedule if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.

 

 

Cancellations

 

If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the design process has begun or a session has started.

 

 

Refunds

 

All tattoo services, designs, and deposits are non-refundable. Our work is customized and time-intensive. Once the design process or tattooing has started, we cannot offer any partial or full refund.

 

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and forfeit their deposit. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience and session.
